Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead, inspire, and manage a talented creative team. This role requires someone who combines design expertise with leadership and organizational excellence — someone capable of maintaining KEKK Visual’s design quality across every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of design projects — from brief to delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of designers to ensure creative excellence.
- Establish and maintain visual standards, brand guidelines, and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to align projects with brand strategy.
- Coordinate timelines, assign tasks, and review all design outputs for quality control.
- Communicate directly with the Creative Director and ensure the client’s vision is fully realized.
- Manage project workflows efficiently across global time zones.
- Provide constructive feedback, performance reviews, and ongoing team development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 6–8 years experience in graphic design, including leadership or management roles.
- Proven track record in creative direction, brand development, and visual strategy.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating diverse, professional-grade work.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or project tools like ClickUp is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and design consistency.
- Flexible and reliable in managing tasks across multiple time zones.
